Michaels DET-CANTON is hiring a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You’ll help with stocking, merchandising, and store duties to keep the shop well-presented and in-stock.

Key responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions accurately, promoting Rewards and credit options, and supporting omnichannel features like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store in a busy Canton location.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Knowledge of framing products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Process checkout and handle cash accurately.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support store recovery, stocking, and planogram execution.
• Participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
