Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy boxes.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Experience with checkout and cash handling.
• Familiarity with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Unloading trucks and stocking merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Follow SOPs and store policies; support shrink and safety programs.
