Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is hiring a Holiday Helper to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help them prep for busy holiday shopping seasons in a friendly, inclusive environment.

In this role, you’ll resolve issues promptly, assist with product styling, manage multiple tasks, and handle register transactions. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues confidently and proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles and features.
• Assist customers using omnichannel supports to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Restock floors and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize losses by delivering excellent service and keeping the store safe and clean.
