Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Holiday Helper to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain products, and help ensure a positive shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

The role includes handling POS transactions, restocking, and supporting promotions while maintaining a clean, friendly environment. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience and location, with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
