Job summary

Carter's, Inc. is seeking a Holiday Helper to be the first face of the brand for families. You’ll greet customers, assist with baby essentials, and support them through their parenting journey in a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, processing transactions, restocking, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store. Availability to work varied shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Restock floors and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, error-free store.
