Carter’s is seeking a Holiday Helper to greet customers, assist with baby essentials, and promote our brand during the busy season. You’ll resolve issues, complete POS transactions, and help with shelf replenishment while delivering a warm, welcoming shopping experience.

You will join a team focused on generosity, flexibility, and growth, with hours that fit your life and a 30% employee discount. Prior retail experience is helpful, and you should be able to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
