Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in the United States is seeking a Holiday Helper to be the first face of the brand for families. You will greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support them through the shopping journey across omnichannel channels.

This seasonal role emphasizes friendly service, team collaboration, and contributing to a welcoming store atmosphere during the holiday season. The position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, stand for extended periods, and work flexible

Experience in delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
Ability to balance multiple customers and tasks in a busy environment.
Strong communication and interoperability across channels.

Responsibilities

Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
Meet customer needs by utilizing omnichannel as needed for a positive shopping experience.
Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
Minimize store loss with exemplary customer service and a clean, safe store.
