Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Service Representative in the Fort Lauderdale area to provide friendly, efficient service throughout the rental process. The role supports customers with rental terms, vehicle features, and options, ensuring a positive experience.

The position runs from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, with a schedule including weekday shifts and weekends off. Compensation is $19 per hour, and employment is seasonal.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and services.
• Offer directions, maps, and local area information to customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions, and resolve issues with customers and other branches.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned calls.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return and report issues to management.
• Maintain ongoing training and development opportunities and participate in company-sponsored training.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. The Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position.This position is seasonal and employment will start no earlier than November 1, 2026 and end on or before April 30, 2027.
This pay for this position is $19/hour.
This role is specifically for the Fort Lauderdale area, Hollywood, pembroke pines.
Apart from religious observations, must be available to work one of the schedule below
Monday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Tuesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Wednesday 9:00AM-5:00PM
Thursday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday OFF
Sunday OFF
Alternating weekends On/Off

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
