Enterprise Mobilty (Enterprise Rent-A-Car family) is seeking seasonal Customer Experience Representatives at Eagle County Airport in Gypsum, CO. You will greet customers, explain rental terms and vehicle features, and help with reservations and returns to ensure a smooth process.

The role requires 18+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work up to 180 days. Schedule includes evenings and weekends; pay is $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must have no drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Seasonal work lasting a maximum of 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms and vehicle features, options, and other services.
• Offer directions and local information to assist customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned tasks.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Notify Management of customer or vehicle problems.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company classroom training.
• Clean vehicles when applicable.

This Customer Experience Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

**Seasonal employees cannot exceed 180 days of service**

The position pays $23.50/ hour and is located at the Eagle County Airport, 217 Eldon Wilson Rd Gypsum, CO 81637.

• Tuesday 12:30pm - 9:30pm
• Wednesday OFF
• Thursday OFF
• Friday 12:30pm - 9:30pm
• Saturday 12:30pm - 9:30pm
• Sunday 12:30pm - 9:30pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Clean vehicles when applicable
