Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store team member in a Denver-area location. You will assist customers, guide product location, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while performing truck unloads, stocking, and planogram duties.

The role supports BOPIS/SFS processes, contributes to a well-merchandised, in-stock store, and participates in safety and shrink programs. Flexible hours may apply including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock and well-merchandised store, handle returns and go-backs.
• Support SISO and AD set duties; assist shrink and safety programs.
