Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to ITRCC patrons through multiple channels and assist customers in managing their accounts.
• Handle customer interactions within an average of five minutes.
• Enter data into customer accounts while ensuring PCI security standards.
• Utilize multi-channel communication software to interact with customers.
• Attend safety trainings and complete compliance trainings as required by ITRCC.
• Regular reliable attendance.
