Job summary

Michaels Acworth is hiring for a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure fast checkout experiences. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store while promoting rewards programs.

Team members support store recovery, safety programs, and omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. Evening and weekend shifts are possible; minimum age is 16 in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Sixteen (16) years or older required in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) duties.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery processes.
• Support shrink and safety programs and SOP compliance.
• Interact with customers in a respectful, positive manner.
