Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Cash handling to standards and fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise in-stock, and complete returns/go-back processes
