Job summary

Powdr-Corporation seeks a motivated cook at Stovepipe Wells Village in Death Valley National Park. The role involves following F&B leadership, knowing all menu items, and ensuring clean, labeled, and safely stored ingredients while complying with CA standards.

You will stock, prep, and assist in a fast-paced, safety-conscious kitchen environment. Open to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with on-site housing available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Current CA Food Handlers Certification Card required.
• Ability to work on-site in Death Valley National Park.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff and follow management directions.
• Maintain cleanliness and strict food safety practices.
• Know menu items, ingredients, processes, and labeling.
• Stock and organize supplies, refrigerated and frozen items.
• Be punctual, wear the required uniform, and work as part of a team.
