Job summary

Destination Death Valley LLC in Death Valley National Park is seeking a dedicated kitchen/FOH team member to support our restaurant and saloon operations. The role requires engaging with guests, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

You will be part of a on-site team with housing provided, meal access, and the chance to work in a unique desert environment. Prior F&B experience and a CA Food Handler certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current CA Food Handlers Certification Card required
• Minimum 1 year food and beverage experience required
• Able to work and thrive in Death Valley National Park
• Punctual, honest and reliable

Responsibilities

• Take direction from Leads, Assistant Manager and F&B Manager
• Expedite orders and run food for the restaurant and saloon
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, visitors, servers and coworkers
• Maintain clean, sanitized work areas with proper labeling and storage
• Stock and organize supplies and refrigerated items
• Adhere to food safety protocols and complete training as required
• Work a schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
