Job summary

Yellowstone Club is seeking a seasonal Cook III in Big Sky, Montana. You will prepare items for Members and guests, set up station mise en place, and ensure quality and safety standards are met throughout service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a cook/line cook in a resort or club setting.
• Formal culinary training.
• Stock and rotate food; alert the Sous Chef to low inventory.

Responsibilities

• Set up station with predetermined mise en place for service.
• Prepare food items for Members and guests according to recipes and quality standards.
• Cook all items according to recipes and food prep checklist.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Label, date, store and rotate products; manage stock levels.
