Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. in Odessa, FL is seeking a FT Seasonal Cook for Silver Dollar Golf & Trap Resort. You will prepare short-order items, operate grills and fryers, and deliver fast service in our resort kitchens.

Responsibilities include food preparation, safety compliance, inventory restocking, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, plus strong teamwork and customer service to support residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service or food service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certification may be required by local laws or employer (Food Handler/ServSafe).
• Strong time management, teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quick-service items such as burgers and fried snacks.
• Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation per health regulations.
• Rotate inventory and restock condiments and supplies.
• Provide friendly customer service to guests and residents.
• Ensure cleanliness of cooking surfaces and dining areas.
