Korhorn Financial Group, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Receptionist to support clients and team members during a critical business period. The role offers valuable experience and may lead to a regular full-time position for exceptionally performing individuals.

You will greet guests, manage the lobby, handle calls, assist walk-ins, coordinate deliveries, and support advisors with arrivals and document handling. This is a fast-paced, client-focused position in Granger, Indiana.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create welcoming, client-focused experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across client situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Open, close and maintain the office ensuring safety, security, and client white glove first impression.
• Greet clients and act as host/hostess to guests in the office
• Maintain lobby and public spaces of Branch, keeping them stocked and ready for clients
• Answering and directing calls
• Assist walk ins
• Assisting with deliveries, vendors, conference room assignments, scanning of DLs
• Notifying advisors of client arrivals
• Fusion Updates, as needed
• Taking credit card payments
• Snack ordering and pick up
• Cleaning/prepping Conference Rooms
• Monitor and backup for Captivated Text Messages and Transfer to Appropriate Team Members
• Monitor Supply emails and transfer to appropriate Team Members
• Manage KFG’s incoming and outgoing mail, faxes
• Member of KFG Compassion Team
• Scan documents as requested for advisors and clients
• Protect and secure client documents within locked storage at all times
• Collect signed “Confidential Agreement” from appropriate parties
• Coordinate the “snow team” for safe and clear entryways and sidewalks during winter months
• Back up for Tax Season Intake and desk delivery
• Perform other duties as required
