Job summary

Greystar is seeking a seasonal Concierge to welcome prospects and residents, assist with office inquiries, and support sales and marketing efforts for the community. You will help with schedules, move-ins, and resident activities, contributing to a positive resident experience.

This temporary role includes an hourly rate of $20.00–$23.00 with potential bonuses, and may involve bonuses based on performance. Assignment ends January 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents and ensures comforts while they wait to speak with a team member.
• Answers phone calls and routes calls to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Maintains guest suite schedule and coordinates move-ins/move-outs with the loading dock/elevator.
• Manages package deliveries, logs equipment rentals, and supports scheduling resident activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/move-outs and maintain guest suite readiness.
• Assist community team with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
