Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Competition Center during the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role supports ski race programs, manages memberships, locker assignments, communications, and finances, while delivering excellent guest service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Ideal candidates will have advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with timing systems and race software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, along with advanced skiing or snowboarding ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls and communications for Race Director and coaching staff.
• Process new and existing memberships and locker assignments.
• Handle monies for memberships and locker reconciliations with accounting.
• Coordinate scheduling and changes with clubs and race organizations as directed by Competition Director.
• Assist with coaching staff secretarial needs and Innkeeper Series operations.
• Attend management training sessions and support department during events.
