Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking individuals to join the Race Crew for the 2026/2027 winter season. Starting wage ranges from $20.00/hr to $23.00/hr, with part-time shifts and housing availability. Employment is winter seasonal, with positions open for those at least 18 years old.

Applicants are encouraged to apply as positions roll on and will be filled until December 15th or when filled. Responsibilities include daily setup and maintenance of race facilities and event support.

Qualifications

• Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski/ride with equipment.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski to minimum of Level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilities.
• Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
