Job summary

Crested Butte Mountain Resort is seeking a Competition Services Attendant to join our Race Crew for the 2026/2027 winter season at Crested Butte, CO. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining race facilities and supporting events, with a starting wage of $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and ski to Level 7. This is a part-time, outdoor role with housing available.

Qualifications

• Able to lift & carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to ski with equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ski minimum of Level 7.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skill preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily set up and maintenance of race facilities.
• Event venue construction, maintenance, and event support.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
