Okemo Mountain Resort is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support ski race and competition programs in a fast-paced mountain setting. The role handles memberships, locker assignments, communications, scheduling, financial records, and general administrative needs for coaches and race staff.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with advanced skiing or snowboarding ability. Housing is available; this is a winter seasonal position 2026/2027 with full-time hours.

The Administrative Assistant supports ski race and competition programs by managing memberships, locker assignments, communications, scheduling, financial records, and administrative needs for coaches and race staff. This role also assists with competitive events, provides excellent guest service, and helps ensure the smooth operation of race programs in a fast‑paced mountain environment. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with advanced skiing or snowboarding ability, are required.
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
