Bass Pro Shops Union Gap is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB membership benefits. You will be the product expert, handle credit card transactions, answer questions, process applications, and support CLUB processes while representing our commitment to exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service is expected.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures; self-motivated and capable without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and present CLUB membership opportunities or enhance experience for current members.
• Demonstrate products and maintain knowledge of CLUB promotions and inventory.
• Process payments, handle CLUB applications, and answer account questions.
• Provide daily feedback and reports on CLUB operations in a timely manner.
• Support other store areas as needed and coach peers as CLUB advocate.
