Bass Pro Shops Garner is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to greet customers, explain the CLUB program, and process memberships and applications. You will act as a product expert, demonstrate gear, and ensure a world-class shopping experience in a busy outdoor retailer environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential for success in this role at Bass Pro Shops.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and presents CLUB membership opportunities.
• Processes CLUB applications and member interactions.
• Demonstrates products and keeps CLUB booth tidy and stocked.
• Keeps accurate CLUB inventory records and reports daily activity.
• Provides peer coaching and supports CLUB advocacy across the store.
