Bass Pro Shops in Missoula, MT is seeking a part-time CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service while guiding guests through the CLUB membership experience. You will demonstrate CLUB products, process applications, and help activate new members in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, supporting store goals and delivering an exclusive CLUB experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Serve as CLUB product expert and process memberships and applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory, booth cleanliness, and accurate records.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience including payments and account questions.
• Offer peer coaching and support to fellow staff as a CLUB advocate.
• Support other store areas as needed.
