Job summary

Sidney Country Club is seeking a Bartender/Server to provide friendly, efficient service to members and guests while supporting daily food and beverage operations. You will maintain a clean, organized area, manage orders in the POS, and ensure a high level of hospitality and member experience.

The role requires 18+, Montana alcohol service eligibility, and ServSafe certification, with opportunities for seasonal or full-time hours.

Qualifications

Experience in bartending or serving preferred.
Must be 18+ and eligible to serve alcohol in Montana.
Requires ServSafe (or equivalent) alcohol service certification.
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic POS or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet members promptly and professionally and take orders.
Enter orders into the POS system and deliver to tables.
Provide personalized service and address concerns with management as needed.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards.
Follow state and club policies on responsible alcohol service.
Coordinate with kitchen for timely food delivery and know menu items.
Maintain presentable service areas and follow opening/closing procedures.
Maintain accurate POS transactions and cash handling.
Support tournaments and events as assigned.
