Job summary

Grandfather Golf & Country Club is seeking part-time seasonal bartenders who deliver excellent member service and build relationships with guests. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring compliance with club policies and state laws.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending or customer-service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bartending or guest service is a plus.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a professional demeanor.
• Able to follow state and local alcohol-service laws and club policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Bar and Beverage Manager with par stock and inventory.
• Set up the bar and ensure adequate supplies before service.
• Greet members and guests, mix and serve drinks per recipes, and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Operate the POS system and process member charges accurately.
• Assist with events and ensure safe, compliant service of alcohol.
• Maintain bar area and equipment and coordinate with kitchen for garnishes.
