Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a seasonal full-time bartender to deliver outstanding guest service while mixing drinks and ensuring age compliance.

You will greet members, take orders, prepare cocktails and beverages, uphold safety standards, and work with a friendly team in a resort setting offering benefits such as transportation to Bozeman, meals, ski days, housing discounts, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or vocational training required.
• Three years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Two–three years of experience in a small restaurant or bar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service to members and guests in a friendly environment.
• Ensure professional conduct and handle transactions legally and ethically.
• Maintain safety procedures and respond to emergencies by contacting GM/HR.
• Foster positive working relationships with all employees.
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for the Restaurant Outlet.
• Take orders, serve beverages, and recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
