Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, seeks an On Call Banquet & Catering Server/Bartender for the Winter seasons. You will provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3+ years in fine dining serving, 3–5 years in smaller full-service settings, and ServSafe/TIPS certifications. This is a seasonal, on-call position with great benefits in Montana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or vocational training required.
• 2-3+ years of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant.
• 3-5 years of experience in a smaller, full-service restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications required.
• Able to communicate clearly with Members, guests and co-workers; strong math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every Member and guest, maintain outstanding service standards, and know or learn Members' names.
• Take and serve orders, bus tables, carry dishes and glassware, and manage POS transactions.
• Relay dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff; collaborate with teammates to meet expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and work station; ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
