Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, events, and community locations to drive brand awareness.
• Actively recruit new talent and expand the reach in the local market.
• Engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients.
• Distribute marketing materials and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Be the friendly face for all visitors to our offices and provide essential support.
