Jackson Hewitt seeks a Seasonal Client Support Associate in Addison, TX to act as the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will recruit talent at local shops and events, using your market knowledge and social media skills to expand reach and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and distribute marketing materials, keeping clients engaged during wait times and ensuring a positive client journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilités
