• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.

Responsabilidades

• Visit local shops, events and community locations to drive brand awareness.
• Recruit new talent and build a strong talent pipeline in the local market.
• Actively engage with clients and distribute marketing materials.
• Follow up with past and potential clients and keep them engaged during wait times.
• Be the friendly face for all visitors to our offices and support client experiences.
