Job summary

PaulHood is seeking a Seasonal Client Success Representative I to support in-office members from December 7, 2026 through April 30, 2027 in Jefferson City, MO. You will assist with onboarding, maintain member relationships, and ensure members realize the value of their membership.

The role focuses on scheduling, data entry, client communication, and resolving basic issues. You will be the in-office touchpoint and help connect clients with services while learning tax entities and invoice

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Experience with client relationship management software or project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, document preparation and scanning, resource coordination, taking client payments, and other administrative duties.
• Serve as a client advocate and ensure timely completion of tasks to boost retention and growth.
• Main in-office contact for addressing client needs and developing relationships via in-person, phone, email, and service tickets.
