Job summary

LAKE is seeking a Seasonal Client Services Associate to act as a Brand ambassador and deliver hospitality across channels. You’ll respond promptly by email, chat, and phone, and work with our Operations Team to ensure smooth fulfillment and returns.

You will maintain up-to-date inventory knowledge, use ERP and related software to resolve issues quickly, and share information to support a positive LAKE experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service and support to clients across emails, chats, and phone.
• Communicate daily with Operations Team to ensure a seamless fulfillment and returns experience.
• Ensure up-to-date information for inventory, sales, special collections, and discontinued items.
• Efficiently utilize ERP and other software applications to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain an acute knowledge of our collections to speak about them fluently.
• Assist with client outreach and relations to maximize customer experience and promote the LAKE lifestyle.
