Job summary

LAKE is seeking a Sales Lead to support store sales, maintain operational excellence, and deliver unmatched hospitality in our curated retail environments. The role includes daily stock maintenance, merchandising, and coaching the team to reflect the brand's aesthetic.

You will engage clients with personalized service, drive sales through clienteling, and collaborate with leadership on opening/closing duties. Strong product knowledge and a passion for the LAKE brand are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication skills to engage customers.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for the LAKE brand and aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to create inspirational shopping experiences reflecting the LAKE brand.
• Support daily and monthly sales goals through active selling and clienteling.
• Model hospitality and build relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
• Work with the retail team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, trends, and brand story.
• Assist leadership with opening/closing duties and coaching.
• Receive and process shipments and maintain stockroom organization.
• Ensure displays reflect seasonal visual direction and keep the floor clean and merchandised.
• Act as key holder during manager absence and coach associates on hospitality.
