Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Charlotte, NC, is seeking Seasonal Team Members to deliver exceptional client experiences during the holiday season. You will act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, supporting sales and service through hospitality, POS assistance, and light operational tasks in a fast-paced environment with non-traditional retail hours.

The role requires strong communication and client-facing skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure a premium client

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients to create memorable, brand-aligned experiences.
• Enhance Client experience with hospitality and store amenities and maintain hospitality areas.
• Assist engraving stations and manage floor waiting lists when applicable.
• Box, wrap, and replenish POS and gifting supplies; keep POS stations neat.
• Perform POS functions after client purchases and communicate service issues to management.
• Support operations with policies, after-sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (hospitality or similar).
• Strong verbal and written communication and client service skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
