Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor for Bal Harbour Village, FL to assist store teams during peak periods, elevating client experience and ensuring smooth operations on the floor and in back-of-house.

You will help clients, restock merchandise, support inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards while staying flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and store procedures quickly.
• Availability during peak season, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey.
• Retrieve merchandise, replenish stock, and manage go-backs and backroom organization.
• Support receiving, inventory movement, and product flow between sales floor and back of house.
• Maintain store organization and visual merchandising to support a collaborative team.
