Job summary

CITON Claims Solutions, LLC, located in Melbourne, FL, is seeking Seasonal Claims Adjusters to support peak periods. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle first- and third-party claims under supervision, ensuring compliance with guidelines and state laws. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Experience with claim systems like Xactimate or Symbility and MS Office is expected. This on-site role may require travel to loss sites and offers competitive pay and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active adjuster license in relevant states, or ability to obtain before start.
• 1–2 years claims adjusting or related insurance experience.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage analysis, and claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and set up new claim assignments within set SLAs.
• Contact insureds, claimants, and witnesses to gather facts and document loss.
• Inspect damaged property and photograph loss sites as needed.
• Review policies to confirm coverages, limits, and exclusions; negotiate settlements.
