• 1–2 years of claims adjusting experience or related field.
• Working knowledge of insurance policies, coverage analysis, and claims-handling principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to loss sites.

Responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge, and set up new claim assignments within service-level timeframes.
• Contact insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others to gather facts and document loss circumstances.
• Inspect property in person or via desk-adjusting tools; photograph loss sites as needed.
• Review policies and endorsements to confirm coverages, limits, and exclusions.
