Job summary

Lindt USA is hiring a Chocolate Advisor to join our in-store team. You will create a premium customer experience, demonstrate product knowledge, and support weekly sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $13.50 to $14.50 per hour, with potential bonus eligibility. Prior retail experience is preferred, and you must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Maintain store standards and assist with inventory and pricing.
