Zusammenfassung

State of Ohio in Geauga County is seeking seasonal CDL positions in Middlefield to help maintain roads and public safety. You will perform highway maintenance tasks including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, and mowing, plus snow and ice operations when needed.

These are seasonal, temporary roles not exceeding 1,000 hours. Candidates must possess a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement (airbrake restriction-free) and basic arithmetic

Qualifikationen

• Formal arithmetic skills including addition, subtraction, decimals, percentages and fractions.
• 3 months of training or 3 months of experience operating basic equipment.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License at the appropriate level (Class B) with tanker endorsement and no airbrake restriction.

Aufgaben

• Highway maintenance tasks including flagging, pothole patching, and litter pickup.
• Repairing guardrails and mowing along roadways.
• Snow and ice operations during winter conditions.
