Job summary

Duininck Texas is hiring for a seasonal, full-time position on a paving crew in Texas, with project work at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio. You will operate a distributor to apply tack, monitor performance, and coordinate with the crew. A valid CDL A with hazmat and tanker endorsements is required, along with DOT health card.

Travel and some Saturdays are required. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Operates distributor safely to apply tack per paving specs.
• Prepares distributor and monitors performance to meet paving specs.
• Coordinates with crew using hand signals for safety and efficiency.
• Performs daily distributor inspection and maintenance, including lubrication.
