Job summary

Duininck is seeking a seasonal, full-time team member to support asphalt plant operations at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. You will assist with daily maintenance, coordinate with drivers, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Safety-conscious and able to identify hazards on a busy plant site.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with drivers and team members.
• Mechanical aptitude for maintenance and repairs on asphalt plants.
• Able to analyze issues quickly and troubleshoot during operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operator with daily maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping at asphalt plants.
• Direct truck drivers delivering materials to ensure safe and efficient plant flow.
• Perform cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep to maintain safe, organized work areas.
• Prepare equipment and plant components for relocation or transport when required.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions closely and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
