Duininck Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Distributor Operator with CDL Class A to support paving projects in Texas. You will operate a distributor to apply tack, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with crew while adhering to safety standards on site.

The role requires an active CDL A with hazmat and tanker endorsements, the ability to travel to job sites, and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Willing to travel and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates distributor safely to apply tack according to paving specifications.
• Prepares distributor and monitors performance to meet paving specs.
• Coordinates with crew using hand signals to ensure safety.
• Performs daily inspection and maintenance; checks fluids and lubrication.
• Reports to shop for maintenance and prepares equipment for transport.
• Keeps worksite clean and maintains safety at jobsite.
