Job summary

Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Co is seeking part-time seasonal Catering Staff to support the Polar Express Train Ride. The role focuses on preparing and serving hot chocolate, restocking supplies, and keeping a clean work area in a dynamic, seasonal setting.

Ideal candidates can work mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays, are physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, and can perform indoors and outdoors in varying weather. Prior food service is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended seasonal hours.
• Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pour, and maintain the temperature of hot chocolate.
• Restock supplies from the warehouse and transport to the Hot Chocolate Factory.
• Maintain a clean workstation throughout shifts.
