Qualifications

• Prior food service is preferred.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, pouring, and maintaining temperature of hot chocolate.
• Restocking supplies from the warehouse and transporting to the Hot Chocolate Factory.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Manage catering staff to ensure customer satisfaction as well as local and state health guidelines.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended seasonal hours.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Assign daily duties, monitor staff performance, provide direction and coaching, and communicate staffing or operational concerns to the Special Events Coordinator.
