Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring for a store role in Greenville, NC. You will assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience with proper cash handling.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised store. Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and can engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments, while supporting

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and collect feedback.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, returns/go-backs, and in-stock merchandising.
• Perform in-store stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model respectful behavior.
