What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

Positions Included

The Seasonal Associate includes roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End. These are typically temporary roles supporting Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and processing sales and returns. Depending on hiring needs, applicants may be considered for any of these roles.

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel but may occasionally involve travel to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal schedule generally from 10 to 40 hours; additional hours may be required.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts any day of the week, with specific requirements for certain roles.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds (over 25 pounds with assistance, except CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

• For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• For CSAs: 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker: 3 months of forklift/power equipment operation experience.
• For CSAs: 6 months of retail experience involving customer service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.

Applicants may need to obtain a salesperson license if required by local laws, within 60 days of employment.
