What You Will Do

All Lowe’s associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Seasonal Associate, this means:

• Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
• Ensuring merchandise is stocked and presented appropriately for customers.
• Engaging in safe work practices and encouraging others to do the same.

The Seasonal Associate includes positions such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) - Sales Floor, CSA Loader, and CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. All employees support Lowe’s mission by providing excellent customer service, assisting with merchandise, and performing specific key responsibilities related to their roles. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, occasional travel may be necessary for meetings, trainings, or support to neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For

• Hourly Seasonal: Generally scheduled 10 to 40 hours; more hours may be required based on store needs.
• Availability: Must be available any day of the week for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts; Receiver/Stocker role requires late evening, night, and early morning availability.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, sitting, and lifting (minimum 25 pounds, with or without assistance; 10 pounds for CSA Front End).

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic. For CSAs and Receiver/Stocker, 6 months of experience with computers and handheld devices is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating forklift/power equipment (3 months) and retail experience (6 months) is preferred.

If a license is required by local regulations, candidates must obtain it within 60 days of employment.
